Random XS - Braincloud download free

This is a classic spooky techno record; a genre Random XS seemed to specialise in. There's a nice variety of tunes on here - the epic weirdness of Paralysed Mind; the creepy spaced-out trance of Space Station Alpha; a bit of hard techno with Disconnected plus a few more funky spaced out techno tracks. Almost all the tracks feature melodic-yet-spooky synth lines which I did not really appreciate at first but in the fullness of time have made this a stand out release I never tire of listening to. The only disappointment is the Claude Young remix of Give Your Body which doesn't really seem to fit in with the rest of the record.
