Track A2 is also known as "UFO's Are Real (Exhibit A)", track B is also known as "UFO's Are Real (Exhibit B)" as they both appear on the commercial versions of this release.Issued with paper inner sleeve only, with an 8.5"x11" press sheet taped to it. The sheet reads:
"Thank's to all DJ's for supporting MC 900 Ft Jesus / With DJ Zero. UFO's is the latest 12" from the LP "Hell With The Lid Off". This Single also includes the exclusive track "Revolution 10". From all of us at Nettwerk - Thanks for supporting Nettwerk artists.

The center labels are plain white with no printing on them. Side A label has a 2"x1.5" white sticker affixed that reads: "Nettwerk - A - 'Revolution 10' 'UFO's' - vocal, B - 'UFO's' - dub". Strangely, the matrix information in the runout grooves indicates Sides A and B are opposite of what the sticker indicates. The tracklisting above reflects what is on the sticker.
Track B1 contains samples of "Helter Skelter" by The Beatles and "911 Is A Joke" by Public Enemy.
